Introduction

The Field Activity Report provides a comprehensive report of your various canvassing programs (Paper List, Mobile App, and Online Phone Bank). You can filter and display your report data by Canvasser, Coordinator, Lead Coordinator, and Date Range. The report will automatically create columns for the collected ID Flags in your canvassing program.

The Canvassing Report page can be accessed by hovering over the Phone Bank section in the Navigation Menu, and click the Phone Bank Count Reports button.

Filter and Row Option Overview

List of Filters

Select a Project Type - Allows users to filter the report by canvassing tool. Users can select Mobile Project, Phone Project, and Survey. Note: Selecting Survey limits the report to Printed Surveys.
Select Project Name - Allows users to filter the report to a specific project or Printed Survey.
Select Canvasser - Allows users to filter the report to a specific canvasser.
Select Organizer - Allows users to filter the report to a canvass organizer.
Select Project Coordinator - Allows users to filter the report to a specific project coordinator.
Select Lead Organizer - Allows users to filter the report to a specific lead organizer.
Select Previous Day Count - Allows users to filter the report to a preselected period of time.
From & To - Allows users to filter the report to user selected period of time.

List of Row Options

Canvassers - Displays a row in the report that list the canvassers name.
Proj Coordinators - Displays a row in the report that list the Project's Coordinator.
Coordinators - Displays a row that displays the Field Coordinator.
Days - Displays a row that displays the date the information was collected.
Lead Coordinators - Displays a row that displays the Lead Organizer.
Geographies - Displays a row that displays the geographic location.
