Creating a SMS Message

Introduction

The Manage SMS Messages page allows you to create a SMS message that will be sent out to your volunteers who have been assigned to an event activity, or invitees who have been invited to an event. Please note: the SMS message function should not be used as a canvassing or outreach tool, but should only be used to invite individuals of their upcoming shift, or notify them of their event invitation.

  • To access the Manage SMS Messages page, hover the mouse over the Outreach section of the Navigation Menu, and click Manage SMS Messages.
